A simple turkey stroganoff that is on the table super fast! This is a dish that I have been making for years and I originally found through Weight Watchers. This dish is on the table in under 30 minutes! Best part? The kids even like it!

The first thing I do is cook the egg noodles according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, drain, set aside. If you want to keep them from sticking, put a little bit of butter. In a large saucepan or a skillet, brown the ground turkey with the onion until cooked through. If I don’t have an onion, I will use the dried onion flakes instead and it taste just fine. Also, use the regular ground turkey. If you use ground turkey breast, this will come out too dry.

Once the turkey and onion mixture is cooked, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes. If you want the mixture thinner, add some more milk. Salt/Pepper to taste!

After 10 minutes, add in the sour cream and stir well. Serve over the egg noodles!

Simple Turkey Stroganoff

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk (add more to make the consistency to your liking)
3 Tbsp sour cream
salt/pepper to taste
1 bag egg noodles

1. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Set aside.

2.Brown the turkey and onions in a skillet until the turkey is cooked through.

3. Add in the soup and milk and mix well. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk to make it thinner if you prefer.

4. Salt/Pepper to taste

5. Add in the sour cream and mix well.

6. Serve over egg noodles
