I absolutely love key lime pie. Several years ago, I discovered this Weight Watchers recipe for Key Lime Pie that is better for you than the real thing but taste AMAZING! Best part, it is super easy! This pie has 4 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to mix up. Then let it set up in the fridge overnight or for a few hours prior to serving.
The first thing you do is dissolve a box of lime jello in some hot water. Stir until you can get it as dissolved as possible.
Next, stir in 2 containers of Low Fat Key Lime Pie flavored yogurt!
Finally, gently fold in one container of Cool Whip. You can use the fat free or sugar free version, whichever is your preference.
Pour the mixture in to a reduced fat graham cracker crust, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least for 3 hours for the pie to set.
That’s it! You now have a great Key Lime Pie dessert and you don’t have to feel guilty for eating it! Perfect as we head in to the spring and summer months.
Easy Key Lime Pie
1 box Sugar Free Lime Jell-O
1/4 cup boiling water
2 8oz containers of key lime yogurt
1 8oz container cool whip
1 9″ low-fat graham cracker crust
1. Mix Jell-O and water to dissolve.
2. Stir in the 2 containers of yogurt. Mix well.
3. Fold in the container of cool whip.
4. Pour in to the graham cracker crust, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
