There is nothing better than coming home to dinner waiting on you in the crock pot! This is another wonderful option for a crock pot dinner using pork tenderloin. The flavors are wonderful and you can customize this by adding additional herbs and flavors to your liking.

I chopped up an onion and put in some baby carrots. I also took about 5 red potatoes and diced those up in to large chunks. Place all vegetables into the crock pot.

In a bowl, mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 16 oz of beef broth. Whisk well to create a nice gravy.

Salt/Pepper the pork tenderloin and place in the crock pot. Pour the mushroom mixture over the top and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the tenderloin is cooked through and falling apart.

Serve sliced with vegetables and the gravy mixture over top. Yum!

Easy Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

1 Onion, chopped
1/2 bag of baby carrots
5 red potatoes, diced into large chunks
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 lb pork tenderloin
16 oz beef broth

1. Place the onion, carrots, and red potatoes in to the crock pot.

2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with 16 oz of beef broth. Whisk until combined.

3. Salt/pepper the pork tenderloin and place in the crock pot. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over top.

4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours until cooked through and falling apart.
