We LOVE quesadillas in this family. They are one of our “go to” meals when we want something extremely fast for dinner and can be customized to each person’s taste. These quick chicken quesadillas will be a hit for your Cinco de Mayo.
Burrito Bowls are another completely customizable meal for the family. Each person can tailor their bowl to their particular taste – make it mild or kick it up a bit with some jalepenos! These would be great for a crowd by setting up a “burrito bar”.
