Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip - Detours in Life
With football season underway, it is time to start making those great game day foods! This is one of my favorites to make and serve while we are watching the games. This Spinach Artichoke Dip is super easy and if you are hosting a football event, this will keep well in a mini or dip crock pot. It also works well to take to an office or holiday party. I am always getting asked for the recipe when I bring this dip along. I also love to add diced tomatoes to this dip to give it some additional color and an interesting flavor.

This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep and then bakes for 15 minutes. If you are going to keep the dip in a mini crock pot, check it frequently to make sure it doesn’t dry out. You can try adding a little bit of water or milk to the dip to give it some moisture and creaminess if it begins to dry out.
